Return and Refund Policy

At Euniquera, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in accordance with our policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or altered items unless they arrived defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@euniquera.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
  • If a refund is delayed beyond the stated period, please contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund before your order is shipped. Simply email support@euniquera.com within the above time frame to cancel your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective).
