At Euniquera, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in accordance with our policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or altered items unless they arrived defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@euniquera.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal).
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
- If a refund is delayed beyond the stated period, please contact your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund before your order is shipped. Simply email support@euniquera.com within the above time frame to cancel your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items.
- Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective).
